“Participants must be able to swim, have snorkeling experience, and be willing to wake up early for the snorkeling sessions”
No diving license is required.
For this trip, double occupancy rooms feature one king-sized bed.
Twin bed arrangements are not available.
Additionally, participants must hold a valid U.S. visa if their flight journey includes a transit or stopover in the United States.
Snorkeling gear will be provided; however, participants are required to bring a 3mm-thick wetsuit.
You are also welcome to bring your own snorkeling equipment if you prefer.

This trip includes group photography and videography coverage.
Please note that the photographer and videographer focus on capturing the overall group experience and key moments throughout the trip.
While they may occasionally capture individual shots, personal photos or videos for every participant are not guaranteed due to conditions such as wildlife behavior, visibility, and safety during activities.
Participants who are featured in individual shots should consider it a special moment, as underwater encounters—especially with whales—are spontaneous and unpredictable

Cancellation and Refund Policy
To confirm your participation, a 20% deposit of the total trip price is required.
This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, as it secures your spot and covers initial booking commitments.
The remaining payments are divided as follows:
Second Installment (25%) – due by January 27 2026. Refundable only if cancellation is made before March 1 2026.
Third Installment (25%) – due by May 27 2026. Refundable only if cancellation is made before June 10 2026.
Final Installment (30%) – due by June 28 2026. Once paid, this amount becomes non-refundable.
After June 28, 2026, all payments are considered final, and no refunds will be issued.
Participants who are unable to join may nominate a replacement participant, subject to the company’s approval.

No license is required; it’s only snorkeling. However, you MUST know how to swim and be familiar with snorkeling.
Whales are typically visible around this time of the year. However, as wild animals are unpredictable, we cannot guarantee sightings during this activity.
Yes Kuwaiti do require a French or Schengen visa obtained from the french embassy. Other nationalities please check whether you require a visa to enter French Polynesia. You Need a USA visa as well if you are transiting in the USA
